Report content

Use this form to report specific material available through Panoramata that you believe infringes copyright you own or are authorised to enforce.

No Panoramata account is required.

Please provide the exact URL or another precise location, identify the copyrighted work, and explain what you believe is infringing. A company name, homepage, or general description may not be enough for us to locate the material.

Before you start

Please have:

  • Your contact information
  • The name of the copyright owner
  • A clear description of the copyrighted work
  • The exact  URL or another precise location
  • An explanation of what you believe is infringing

Do not submit passwords, payment information, identity documents, confidential information, or copies of the reported material. If an authorised version of the copyrighted work is publicly available, you may provide its URL, but this is not required.

Immediate danger

If someone is in immediate danger, contact your local emergency services. Submitting this form does not contact emergency services.

What happens after you submit

If you provide an email address, we will acknowledge receipt without undue delay.

We will assess your notice in a timely, diligent, objective, and non-arbitrary manner. We may contact you if we need more information to locate or assess the reported content.

We will notify you of our decision and the redress options available for that decision. If automated means are used to process or decide your notice, we will say so in the decision notice.

Submitting a notice does not guarantee removal. Depending on the applicable law, our Terms, and the facts, we may remove or disable access to content, restrict it, or leave it available.

For a substantially compliant DMCA notice, we will act expeditiously where required by 17 U.S.C. section 512.

This form is not for account access, billing, or general customer support.

Privacy

We use the information you provide to locate and assess reported content, communicate about your report, document our decision, comply with legal obligations, protect rights, and handle disputes.

We may share information where necessary to handle the report, notify affected users, process a counter-notification, or comply with the law. Please see our Privacy Policy for details about the purposes and legal bases, recipients, transfers, retention, and your rights.

Copyright notices sent directly to the designated agent's email address are also accepted. They must contain the information required by 17 U.S.C. section 512(c)(3).

Knowingly materially misrepresenting that material or activity is infringing may result in liability under 17 U.S.C. section 512(f).

DMCA counter-notifications

If material you supplied was removed or disabled following a DMCA notice and you believe the removal resulted from mistake or misidentification, use the counter-notification option in the form or contact the designated agent above.

A valid counter-notification will be shared with the person who submitted the original DMCA notice. It contains your name, address, telephone number, statements made under penalty of perjury, and consent to the jurisdiction and service-of-process terms required by 17 U.S.C. section 512(g).

Where section 512(g) applies, we will restore the material or cease disabling access no sooner than 10 and no later than 14 business days after receiving a valid counter-notification, unless our designated agent first receives notice that the original notifier has filed a court action seeking to restrain the relevant activity.
