Can I track specific keywords used by my competitors?

If you’d like to see how other brands (or competitors) are using specific keywords on ads or emails you can do it with the dynamic lists in 3 simple steps:

Here are three powerful ways to track competitor keywords:

Track keywords on a brand's page

To analyze the most frequently used words in a specific brand's ads and emails:

  1. Navigate to the brand's page and click Follow.
  2. Open the Emails or Ads tab
  3. Check the upper right corner to view the most popular words used by that brand

Track keywords in Benchmark Reports

If you've already created a benchmark to monitor a group of brands and want deeper keyword analysis:

  1. Go to the benchmark and click Settings
  2. Edit the Tracked Keywords section.
  3. Add your target keywords, separating each word with a comma (no spaces needed).

Track keywords using Dynamic Lists

For automated tracking of how brands use specific keywords in their creative content:

  1. Create a new list or select an existing one.
  2. Click the three dots in the upper right corner, then select Dynamic List.
  3. Configure your tracking parameters:
  • Filter: Choose emails, ads or both.
  • Time range: Select from last 7, 14 or 30 days of creative content.
  • Brands: Choose from brands you follow or your benchmarks for targeted results.
  • Keywords: Enter all the words you want to track separated by commas “,”.

The system will display all creatives matching your keywords and filters. Since results update based on your time and filter selections, you can save standout creatives to your current list or create a new collection for future reference.

This automated approach ensures you never miss important keyword trends or competitor messaging shifts in your industry.
